- Please fill out the enclosed ITRI Personal Information and Health Declaration Form, and hand it in when you register at the conference desk.
- On the date (Nov. 14), please prepare the following items for investigation at the ITRI entrance.
- We appreciate your corporation.

Taiwan (ROC) | One of the following proofs 1. Record of two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. 2. PCR negative certificate within three days. 3. Negative certificate of rapid test on the same day or the day before. Please take a picture of the negative result in the same frame with a device (such as a mobile phone, computer, etc.) that can display the test date and time and save the picture on your mobile phone as proof. |
